Sew Strong: Empowerment Doll Making Workshop

With Kaeli Feehan

Date & Time: May 29, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: Downtown Location
Fee: $45.00
Ages: 16+

This unique Empowerment Doll Making Workshop offers a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their inner strength and express their identity through creative art.

Doll making is more than just crafting—it's a way to visually represent your inner world. As you carefully select materials, colours, and designs to create your doll, you'll engage in a deeply personal process of storytelling and self-discovery.

This class is led by an art therapist. Although it is not a therapy session, it incorporates therapeutic elements throughout the artistic process to promote wellness and mental health.
