Studio Rentals
We offer a studio that local practicing artists can rent to use as private studio space. The studio is approximately 80 square feet (the size of a standard office), and is rented on a month-to-month or yearly basis. The monthly cost to rent a studio is $160, or $1760 for a one-year term (one month free).
To apply to rent the studio space, please carefully review the information in the following sections, then complete the application at the bottom of the page. Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered.
Application Process
The studio is intended for the active creation of visual art. Our application process is based on pre-approval. If the studio is unavailable, approved applicants will be added to a waiting list.
