Event Details
Date: Saturday, July 19, 2025
Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Public Hours)
Check-in/Setup: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
This one-day event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creativity, connect with the community, and sell your work in a vibrant outdoor setting!
Registration Fees
Adult (18-64): $100
Senior (65+): $70
Youth (Under 18 OR Current High School Student): $40
Table sharing is allowed! Up to two artists can share a table, but each must register separately and indicate their shared space request on the registration form. The registration fee will be split accordingly.

We welcome artists working in all mediums, including but not limited to:

💍 Handcrafted Jewelry
🫖 Pottery & Ceramics
…and any other original, locally handcrafted works!
We also encourage artists to sell prints, cards, apparel, and other merchandise featuring their original work coming from the heart and hand of the local artist (that’s you!).
A note on tents
Are you planning on including a tent in your display? If so, great idea! Tents protect both you and your art from the elements, and lend an air of professionalism to your display. That being said, we have very specific municipal regulations to follow with regards to the use of tents in public spaces. Here are requirements for tents:
Must be no larger than 10x10 feet
Must have adequate, weighted anchor points (at least 20 lbs per corner, but the more weight, the better)
Side-walls must be made of fire-retardant materials (standard on most commercially produced tents)
Leduc Fire & Safety Services will be on site the morning of the event to inspect each artist’s set-up. Non-compliance with the above specifications is grounds for disqualification (without refund) from the event.
