USER GROUPS (LAC, Studio Artists)

Individual Artists:

• 25% commission from gallery sales, no monthly rental fee

External Groups/Collectives

• $150/month & 25% commission on gallery sales

Need a space to hold a class or private event? Our space is available for just that.

User Groups (LAC, Studio Artists):

• $20 (hourly)

  $160 (daily over 8 hours)

External Groups/Individual Artists:

Workshop OR Gallery:

• $30 (hourly)

  $100 half-day (up to 4 hours)

  $175 full day (up to 8 hours)

  $15/hr over 8 hours

Workshop AND Gallery:

• Hourly: $75

Weekend Rental:

• $350 (8am-9pm Saturday & Sunday)

2 Hour Programming

Have a smaller program you wish to hold in our space?

When you rent our space, we will charge you $10 per participant when you rent for 2 hours. Perfect to establish what you and your program are all about.

Virtual Programming

We charge $60 to host your virtual programming.

If you hold an online program with us, you will be listed on our website and promoted on our social media & newsletter* (*if applicable)
