With Kaeli Feehan

Date & Time: April 24, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: LRC Location
Fee: $45.00
Ages: 16+

Hold Dear is an immersive and transformative art therapy workshop designed to help participants connect with their personal values and explore what holds deep meaning in their lives.

Using plaster wrap, attendees will sculpt their hands, creating a physical representation of what they cherish most. Once the sculptures are formed, participants will fill their creations with meaningful items, symbols, or personal messages that reflect their unique experiences and innermost beliefs.

This class is led by an art therapist. Although it is not a therapy session, it incorporates therapeutic elements throughout the artistic process to promote wellness and mental health.
